Conchiglie Rigate Piccanti

(Shell Pasta with Spicy Pork and Tomato Sauce)

These "sea shells" are very good paired with a nice sauce. This dish is kinda like a simplified ragù but surprisingly simple, spicy and delicious!

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

(or an open sandwich in this case)

Our first non-Italian recipe.
This is finger lickin' good!
The original recipe is for a wrap but we’ve tried making an open sandwich which is just as good.

Ricciarelli

(Italian Almond Biscuits)

One of my favourite Italian biscuits. Saw them made on a local TV program so now instead of buying them, I make them!

Pasta al Forno

(Pasta Bake)

The pasta bake I’m used to usually has one major ingredient. This pasta al forno has 2 meats (mortadella and meatballs), eggs and 3 types of cheese!
It’s hearty, yummy and satisfying!
A feast for the family!
Try it.

Pasta Cacio e Pepe

(Pasta with Cheese and Pepper)

One of the 4 classic Roman pasta dishes: Cacio e Pepe with the simplest of ingredients: cheese and pepper.
I didn’t think I’d like it but it was so delicious!
Try it!

Pasta Gamberi e Guanciale

(Pasta with Pork Cheeks and Prawns)

With this dish, you get basically a Pasta Amatriciana with prawns and the stracciatella cheese to make it a creamy sauce.
I went a little overboard with the cheese but surprisingly, it turned out really well!
Try it!

Quick Meal: Pasta con la Polpetta

(Pasta with Re-provisioned Rissoles)

Here’s an example of how a delicious meal can be prepared in a short time with the Napoletana sauce.
You don’t have to use meatball. You can use any meat (or no meat) you fancy.
